Hey there people! Welcome to my website!! Here are a few things I really like, that you can read about
So the first thing I want to talk about on my website is my favourite book right now.
Usually I would say the Harry Potter books- as in the whole series, but since everyone already knows the harry potter books are great, I thought I would talk about a different book this time. We have to do a big project for English, where you have to read lots of books, and for the female author catogory, I read this awesome book called Freeks. It's about a girl named Mara, who lives with a travelling circus. In this book, her and her circus travel to the town of Caudry, and suddenly nothing seems quite right. There is an eeire feel to everything, and that feeling just intensifies when someone goes missing.
Suddenly she meets Gabe. A dark and mysterious boy. But will she really have time for boys when things go from bad to worse with her circus crew?
I loved this book so much, I didn't want to return it to the library. (link to where you can buy it down below)
The next topic I would like to talk about is my favourite fairytale. This always changes for me, and recently I have been liking beauty and the beast a lot ( the new movie just came out). However, my favourite fairytale has been and probably always will be Snow White. It really appealed to me when I was younger, and I just wanted to watch that old cartoon movie over and over again. Even now, with all the different versions of it, I just want to sit on the couch and watch it all day. As I said before, there have been all sorts of different versions of it: Once upon a time, Mirror Mirror, The Huntsman: Winter's War, etc. But my favourite ( Even though it's pretty much impossible to get hold of) will probably always be the original.
The next thing I'd like to talk about is my favourite place in the world. When I was two years old I moved from England to New Zealand, and I have been in New Zealand ever since. We do go back to England occaisionally, and when we do it makes me sooooo happy. We went back last christmas, and I actually cried with happiness when I found out (It was the first time seeing everyone again in 6 years). I love New Zealand, and all my friends over here, but if I could choose somewhere to spend the rest of my life, it would have to be back in England, with all my family. My sister asked me once if I would still love England as much if all family didn't live there, and as much as I love it there, I think my family are one of the main reasons why. So the answer was no. But since they do, my favourite place is with them, in England.
